Bake a traditional greek pie

The secret of the traditional greek pie survived through the centuries, rising out and being shared now through the world. In this workshop you will bake your own pie and keep the traditions alive. Through touch, taste, sight, smell and discussion you will explore how to make the traditional pie sheets, to ceate layers and stuff it.
We will use simple ingredients (flour, water, salt) for the sheets and vegetarian ingredients for stuffing. You will eat, talk and learn with fun and creativity.

Your host

Alexandra first brought back to Athens some Pie in her suitcase,
shared it with her friends and colleagues. As she was frequently asked to
bring back some more she decided to create her own traditional pie,
started practicing the mother-recipe giving to her.
With passion and joy she teach other people now, how to make their own
pie. The most of her baking classes are suitable for vegetarians.
